Streetwear is the smallest list in this issue and one of the quietest. Nine people are measured for August 2026, and the most famous of them, Virgil Abloh, has been dead since 2021. His fame score of 4.3 is nearly twice that of anyone else, and it rests on a career that carried streetwear into luxury fashion and made the two indistinguishable for a generation.
The living names behind him show how loosely the world's attention groups the sector.
