A singer who left the genre years ago leads it by thirteen points for August 2026, with Elvis Presley, Olivia Rodrigo and Bob Dylan next and Johnny Cash tenth.
Taylor Swift is the most famous name in country music for August 2026, and the score of 37.3 is thirteen points clear of anyone else. That she has spent most of her career in pop does not change where the world's attention files her, and the sector tag follows that attention. Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll, is second at 24.3. Olivia Rodrigo, a pop singer and actress, is third at 20.5, and Bob Dylan, who has reshaped popular music for more than six decades, ties with Shania Twain at 19.3 for fourth and fifth.
Twain, the Canadian who has sold more than 100 million records, is the first performer in the group whose career was made in country radio.
