Every one of the 21 people measured for Singapore in August 2026 is alive, so the Alive reading changes nothing and the president still leads the prime minister.
There is nobody missing from Singapore's Alive reading. All 21 people the rankings trace to the country are living, so the August 2026 living list is the standard list under another name, and Tharman Shanmugaratnam, president since 2023, remains at the top with a score of 8.9.
The interest lies in how tightly the leaders are bunched. Lawrence Wong, who became the fourth prime minister on 15 May 2024, scores 7.9, and Lee Hsien Loong, who handed him the office after twenty years, scores 7.8.
