Tanzania's August 2026 origin list holds a president, a Watford winger, a Ugandan general and an NBA centre, all living.
Samia Suluhu Hassan, the economist who became Tanzania's sixth president and its first woman in the office, is the most famous person born in the country for August 2026, with a score of 9.8. Only three other names are measured under the Tanzanian tag, and none of them is publicly identified with Tanzania in the way she is.
Nestory Irankunda, second at 6.7, is an Australian winger who plays for Watford in the English Championship and for Australia's national team. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, third at 5.8, is a Ugandan general, chief of the Uganda People's Defence Force and the son of President Yoweri Museveni.
